What is the purpose of each component?
Lactium® is a bioactive peptide (ɑ-Casozepine) derived from the hydrolysis of casein, a natural milk protein. It has relaxing properties.
There are studies where it is seen how Lactium® reduces stress-related symptoms when tension causes physiological, emotional, intellectual and / or relational functions problems.
Helps improve vital tone.
Saffron extract comes from the stigmas of the Crocus sativus flower.
Contains antioxidants such as crocín, crocetin and safranal.
Saffron contributes to emotional balance, helps support relaxation and maintains a positive mood.
Grifonia is a plant whose seeds are rich in 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan), a metabolic intermediate in the conversion of tryptophan to serotonin, the wellness hormone.
Furthermore, 5-HTP produces significant and unique effects on serotonin-related disorders relative to tryptophan.
Increases the levels of melatonin, dopamine, norepinephrine and beta-endorphins: involved in the regulation of mood and sleep. For this reason, the supplementation with extract of grifonia improves the vital tone.
