What is the purpose of each component?
Lactium® is a bioactive peptide (ɑ-casozepin) from the hydrolysis of casein, a natural milk protein. It has a high content of essential and branched amino acids.
Saffron extract comes from the stigmas of the Crocus sativus flower.
Contains antioxidants such as crocín, crocetin and safranal.
Saffron contributes to emotional balance, helps support relaxation and maintains a positive mood.
Griffonia is a plant whose seeds are rich in 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan), a metabolic intermediate in the conversion of tryptophan to serotonin, the hormone of well-being.
Griffonia helps to improve brain activity.
